What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that’s not the case, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Returns are accepted if the item is in as-new condition and not damaged.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we’ll repair it if the damage is minor. If the damage is significant, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — the broken item must be returned.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility in all cases.
How are the items made?
We purchase high-quality 3D model files from professional designers and print them using advanced resin and SLA printers. Each piece is carefully sanded, post-processed, and hand-painted using premium paints and tools — including airbrushes and fine brushes — to achieve detailed, collector-grade results.
Are the items licensed?
Our creations are fan-made collectibles crafted by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. They are not officially licensed products and are not reproductions of existing commercial figures. We strongly recommend purchasing licensed versions when available, as our work is intended to fill the gap where official items don’t exist.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. You can request a custom piece of your favorite character. Simply provide the character name and franchise, and we’ll find a 3D model that fits your vision. After your approval, we’ll print, paint, and finish it for you. We don’t create new 3D designs from scratch, but we’ll always do our best to bring your favorite characters to life.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
